Before co-founding Lockhart Capital Management in 2016, Andrew Wilson our Chief Investment Officer led and managed a hugely successful discretionary investment service for a large national wealth management firm.
He is joined by Robert Seachoy who is responsible for day-to-day portfolio management and risk analysis, the pair having worked together for over sixteen years.
The team is complemented by Head of Fund research, Wee-Tsen Lee, who is responsible for identifying and monitoring best in class investments.

Prior to joining Lockhart Asset Management in 2024, Robert worked with Andrew Wilson for over 16 years, including 7 years at Lockhart Capital Management. Robert has broad experience of portfolio construction & risk, fund analysis and investment operations.
As a Chartered Financial Analyst with a BSc in Psychology, Robert brings a particularly analytical and process-driven approach to constructing and managing client portfolios, drawing from his experience in statistical analysis, social science, and behavioural economics. He has experience investing in all the major asset classes, including equity, fixed interest, alternatives, and real assets.
Robert lives in London with his wife and two young children, and enjoys playing tennis in his spare time.
Wee-Tsen has worked in the multi asset industry since 2007, through his roles as either portfolio manager or fund research analyst, he has assisted both pension funds and private wealth clients in pursuit of their financial goals. Having joined Lockhart Capital Management in 2020, Wee-Tsen carries out fund research across the portfolio’s investable universe, be it active or passive, and contributes to the portfolio construction of the underlying strategies. Prior to Lockhart, Wee-Tsen has worked at Russell Investments, Barclays Wealth and Santander Asset Management.
